Royal Ontario Museum
In 2021, as the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) underwent a rebranding initiative, I joined the Design Team as a Digital Design Intern, contributing to the redesign of the museum’s website.
My role focused on researching and analyzing the membership checkout process, and benchmarking user flows across three key competitors in the museum and cultural sector: MoMA, The Met, and The British Museum. The objective was to assess how users interact with membership flows, identify best practices, and uncover opportunities to enhance the overall user experience.
